we have the situation that outside the OSM+Leadership teams we have a
lack of information.
The people haven't a place were they can ask and get an immediate
reply. What do people if they haven't enough information, they fill
the gap with speculation and this results in sometimes correct
theories and sometimes in wrong theories. And sometimes and for my
understanding to often in a conspiracy theories.
My idea is that we offer a time slot 1 hour per Week for example and
two **insiders** are available to answer questions in a chat. We have
to point out that it is possible that the two people haven't an answer
for a specific question but the rule for that is that we try to find
the answer after the meeting.
Here some more ideas (not all form me):
* We create a chat room on freenode and make the room accessible with
a web (browser) interface
* Meeting is always on the same day (Wednesday ?) but we move the time
slot around the world (maybe UTC +2, +10, +18)
* We start with a plan for three months and look after two if this was
a success and if we will continue

idea.. looking forward to hearing the others thoughts on this.
When it comes to managing anything on the website or setting up the
correct IRC room, let me know I'm on IRC anytime I am at my desk.

/me thinks he needs to try to work that in to a conversation or two at least fortnightly...
