Chunks (columns, permissions, etc) in the new Chunk16 namespace

Hello everyone,

Chris created the Chunk16 namespace a little while ago, and I started
creating chunks in it. Please note that the actual text is just a
first draft in some cases, it may need more work, but you can still
start using the chunks in your pages. You can see all of the new
chunks at http://docs.joomla.org/index.php?title=Special%3AAllPages&from=&namespace=128.
Here's some info about them:

* Permissions
There are chunks for the Permisssions tab in the Options window of a
component. Most components have all of the "actions" columns, so I
created a "metachunk" -- a single chunk with a parameter where you
specify the image representing your component's Permissions tab. For
components with only some of the columns, use individual chunks.
Either way you don't have any text to write, just use the chunks.

Note: I'll also create chunks for item permissions, stay tuned.

* Column headers
I copied some of the "colheader" stuff from 1.5 to
"Chunk16:colheader", and added a couple new ones. "Chunk16:colheader"
itself is a "modular" chunk, with a single parameter specifying which
column you want. This chunk has a "switch" that redirects to an actual
chunk for each column. I think this is how it was setup in 1.5 --
anyway, it seems to work :-)

viewing this page directly, not when it is transcluded in a help

I'll add some instructions about _adding_ new columns in there. In the
meantime you can send me the info if you want me to add columns for
you (column name + text that goes with it).

I just added another chunk for toolbar icons (same as "toolbaricon" in
the 1.5 help, this one is named "Chunk16:Toolbaricon").
