Hi Docs Team,

In the following doc there's an error of "Error creating thumbnail: Invalid thumbnail parameters" for all the images:
http://docs.joomla.org/Bug_Tracking_Process

The doc was fine the last time I checked it (before today).  Based on the revision history, the older revisions (from 1 year +) also have the same error message, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with a recent edit.

Anyone have any ideas as to what the cause is?  Has one made any setting changes recently?

Kind regards,
Nick

Nick,

To quick fix it, I uploaded a smaller pixel(1200px) image of the flow charts. The images work just fine now. Those files aren't too large so I uploaded a png of one of the files at 1400px in width to show it generated the same error, then reverted it.

The permanent fix may be to increase the $wgMaxShellMemory for Mediawiki. Someone needs to check the logs and see if there is a memory allocation error. Then roll back to the jpg images.

Tom
