Method exists in Platform CMS and NOT in platform 12.2 source

Hi Guys,

I've question about joomla-platform

I've coding and checked 1 method diff from platform-cms and source 12.2 platform.

method createDatabase

and

I'm afraid of have more than this diff.

The CMS can and does apply it's own updates to the base Joomla
Platform. The platform doesn't control the CMS and the CMS is welcome
to make it's own additions as it feels. The CMS does push back some of
those changes but that doesn't necessarily mean they are included or
aren't further changed.

In this particular case it's an unmergeable pull request:

I've seen several differences between platform and CMS.

I think that platform is more advanced than the CMS, as it is much more difficult to cambiso a much larger system.
