Subject: JFactory::getStream() and JVersion
I believe I found an issie with JFactory::getStream() where it tries to use class JVersion instead of JPlatform ( I think that's what Mr Eddie said ). This causes an issue for the Joomla Platform because its not supposed to use JVersion (from what I understand).
Version 12.1 File: factory.php Line: 726
You can call new JStream() directly to get around but you have to define your own context
Can we get a fix for this please.

Hi Jonathan,
Please report the issue in the github issue tracker for the Joomla
Platform. Here's a direct link to it:
https://github.com/joomla/joomla-platform/issues
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
Nick
