Platform update Mar 26-27

Just another quick update on platform stuff.

12.1 will be release on the 18th April (roughly America time). We'll
stop reviewing the pull requests and switch into release mode the day
before so if you have things you want to have considered for 12.1, now
is the time to get those in or make sure any existing pulls merge
properly and queries have been followed up.

We'd like some help with unit tests to make sure they run with either
the core import.php or the legacy import.legacy.php bootstrapping
(important to make sure this is ok on different platforms too).

We've also decided that we'll add a credits page to list anyone that
contributes in any way to either the coding style manual or the
developer manual in the /docs/ folder. If you have, just shoot me an
email with your github username and I'll get that organised.

I forgot to add, we have merged over 240 pull requests so far from 44
contributors which is outstanding. If there's any tweaking needed to
title and descriptions in the attached to help make the log clearer
let me know. The file is generated from /build/changelog.php in the
platform repo if you are interested.
