Hi,

Since for my Google Summer of Code project I'm using a lot the Updater and
the Installer i found a problem in Libraries that affects Joomla 3.0.

The problem is explained in that pull
request https://github.com/joomla/joomla-platform/pull/1479

I'm investigating in fixing it, but any help of you that are more skilled
developers will help a lot. So if you are available to help on it please
contact me.
