Update Servers HELP!

I released an update, posted the new install package, updated the xml file on the update server, went into Extension manager: update, clicked FIND UPDATES and Joomla shows NOTHING.  Can someone PLEASE tell me what I've done wrong?

Check out http://docs.joomla.org/Deploying_an_Update_Server for some info.  At first glance, you need at least the client and folder tags in addition to the type for plugins.

this worked, I added folder and client and it's now working.
