virtuemart vendor table error

Hi guys,
I have a problem with  virtuemart, when i want to save vendor info in administrator i see this error:

• vmError: VmTable #__virtuemart_vendors_fa_ir Check not passed. Neither slug nor obligatory value at vendor_store_name for auto slug creation is given

and infos dont saved.
This error appear when i try to edit profile in front end.

i use :
virtuemart  2.0.14 ,
joomla 2.5.8 (updated to 2.5.9)

any idea?

yeah, but i did`nt fount any good forum for virtuemart.
