Hi everyone,
Originally I forked the com_content as it had the base of what I needed before I removed anything I did not need but now looking over where is elements folder used cause I cant see where this is used.
as I sure everything I using JForm and wondering if its safe to delete this and if not where is this declared so I can change this to use JForms.

Stephen,

The elements folder is an old relic from the JParameter days. I do not think it is used any longer, though it may be there for backwards compatible support. The new version of elements is "fields". When using JForms, custom field types load from the "fields" folder.
