hi,
anyone knows a mirror to download the mvc tutorial zip files? the links on the joomla site don't work anymore... :(

Which one did you try to download? For it seems that there were added some newer ones that are not available anymore. The older ones are available via http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/helloworld_1_6/frs/
Hope you'll find there what you need now.

I will put the updated files there too.
