HTML code in options?

Hi,
I have a "textarea" field in the "config.xml" because I want to add an
option where the user can type a custom HTML.
But when I place the HTML and click "Save & Close" button, when I open
the options the field is empty!
Anybody knows why?

I solved it, adding in the config.xml field:
filter="raw"
filter="raw"
