Nexus 7 tablet problem with Joomla 3

I've opened a ticket (http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=29441) for what I think is a bug with Joomla 3.

Essentially the main menu doesn't seem to work on my nexus 7 when in landscape orientation. I can see the options but when I tap nothing happens. Other bootstrap sites seem fine.

Does anyone else have this problem or can confirm using the same device?
