Download examples for Developing a Model-View-Controller Component/2.5 series

Hello all,

   I'm trying to download some examples from here:

but none of the links for downloading the examples (at the end of page) seems to work. 

Could anybody tell me an alternative link? It should be reported to someone that these links fails?
