Developer for upgrading extension from 1.5 to 2.5

On my joomla 1.5 I use jx labels extension developed by jxtended.com.

They seem to have disappeared and even the extension has been removed
from joomla.org site.

I look for a developer who can upgrade this extension. I can give the
joomla 1.5 extension file.

Is this possible?
