How to upload files to libraries folder while we are installing component through joomla Extension Manager.

Actually i tried with .xml file like this

<library folder="site">
                <libraries tag="upload">libraries/file.php
                </libraries>
</library>

But, It not worked. pls help

Use a package extension and make a separate library package for your libraries. The package extension will contain both your component and the library extensions.
