I can't log into the Joomla backend as administrator.
I could try entering any username/password and l see the web page will
only refresh itself without even giving out any error message.

Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache then give it another try.

Yes i tried with clearing browser's cookies and cache but still it is problem on server side.

also at PHPMYADMIN got following error
phpMyAdmin - Error
Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.

Sounds like you need to contact your host. That isn't Joomla related.

I would try emptying the session table in the MySQL database.
Sounds like there might be a corrupt record.

I don't think he can do that if he can't access phpMyAdmin.

did you try sqlyog enterprise instead phpMyadmin to access the database?

Lol, it happens! There have been several times that I've tried helping
people who have had extension installation issues (due to permissions) by
telling them to install Admin Tools (a Joomla extension) and to run the
fix permissions tool :)
