com_content nearly finished

Hi together.

fixed a lot of things in com_content.
I hope all params are working now; nesting prob in categrories/default.php
solved
I doesn't commit it until now. Need some feedback about semantic and
classnames.
You can test it at test3.run-digital.com
I use Milkyway and delete the HTML-folder there.
So we have working views.

Actual probs:
1. Pagination isn't working
2. Archiv article link goes into nirvana
I use: <?php echo JRoute::_(ContentRoute::article($item->slug)); ?>
and get for example
index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=3%3Acradle-mountain-lake-st-cla
ir-national-park&Itemid=53
3. category description: image won't be storaged in the database
It would be nice if we can add an alternative text for it, then we need one
more parameter field in the backend

The Show Print Icon and Show Email Icon are not working for me.
Setting on Hide still show them.
