Error message in Joomla 3.0 Alpha 2

I get an unusual message on both the Intro Image and Full Article Image fields in Article manager:

Notice: Array to string conversion in ...\xampp\htdocs\j30a2\libraries\cms\form\field\media.php on line 197

I was not sure if errors should be posted here, or to a bug tracker. Please advise.

That's a warning you get in PHP 5.4 ... it would be great if you would put it in the tracker (ideally with a pull request). Please use the category Code Quality.

Thanks, Elin. I can submit the issue, but I'm ashamed to say I have to create an account first. <g>
I'm assuming http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/joomla/tracker/?action=TrackerItemBrowse&tracker_id=8103 is the correct address... yes?

As for the pull request... doesn't that imply a patch for the issue? I don't have one. :(
