[GSoC 2012] Language Installation and update tool for Joomla!

Hi, my name is Javier Gómez and I would like to introduce you my
proposed project for the Google Summer of Code, the: Language
Installation and update tool for Joomla!

The goal of the project is to create an interface to install languages
from a repository of accredited language packs during Joomla

) and subsequently from the administrator interface (

So people know, we are now in the discussion and ranking stage of the process (insanely hard), but of course people can still give feedback.  However, I suspect that for the next few weeks most of the gsoc action will be on the gsoc mailing list.
