Rewrite the params to use JForm (and throw the apropriate events)

Hi Joomila,
this depends on what you actually want to do. JForm is a library to
replace the output of the forms in the core, not (only) the parameters.
If you are willing to work on that, get yourself a checkout from the
trunk and start refactoring. In general you can look at com_weblinks to
see how it should work. An extensive documentation on this does
currently not exist. The files of interest besides the backend of
com_weblinks are those in /libraries/joomla/form. If you are very
adventureous, you could also look at how to create a wrapper for JForm
to replace JParameter and especially all those JParameterElements.

When you have some code, just open up a tracker item on our 1.6 feature
patch tracker and add your patch there. Just do me one favour, I'd like
to play around with the forms in com_categories. You can tackle all the
rest. :-)
