You need to give a little more context such as what version of the CMS you are using and also the stack trace.

it is with 1.5.26 as well as with J 2.5.7

And what are you doing when you get this? 
Do you have error reporting on development?

We were not working on the sites. Looking for error report.

10 out of 30 sites were effected so far and only sites starting with a up to c

If you are looking for user support the place to go is http://forum.joomla.org. In the meantime try disabling one third party  plugin at a time, probably the system plugins if it's happening in the back end.
