New Config Setting

Hi folks

With the JS widgets, we needed to add a config setting to the config
file. It's added in config.php.dist but if you have a working
installation already then you can just add this line to your
config.php:

$config['api_base_url'] = 'http://api.joind.in/';

We just need the API URL to generate the correct javascript to make
the call to it - this is related to the widgets feature that I just
emailed the features list about.
