Microblock mount identification

I'm installing a new spinnaker bag on my J18, and I've got all the hardware except some micro block mounts. The other two J18s in the fleet have these clevis brackets that have one single mounting hole. I cant seem to find them anywhere. I've attached the photo. Does anyone know where to get these?

Theo let us know how difficult it is to get to the back side of the mount...can you get to it through the inspection port?
