Monday April 1, 2013 Today is Day 1

Book Drive: Proscenium is running a book drive through April 14th.
Books will benefit children's libraries that suffered damage during
hurricane Sandy and our military forces serving overseas. Boxes are
located in the main office and main lobby.

Used Sneaker Collection: Troop 10167 Booster Club is working with
GreenSneakers.org. If you have old, worn out, outgrown, funky, or
otherwise unwanted sneakers (any condition accepted), please donate
them to the sneaker collection box in the main lobby. Any questions,
contact Troop10167Boost@ optonline.net.

Lost & Found: Please check the lost & found in the main office by
Thursday. Items will be donated on Friday.

CLUBS & ACTIVITIES

Peer Leadership: All peer leadership candidates for the 2013-2014
school year must hand in the RSVP to room 154 immediately. Meeting
tomorrow at 2:00 in room 128.

Junior Prom: Tickets on sale all week during lunch periods in the
cafe lobby. The cost of a ticket is $85.00 and payment must be in the
form of a check made out to JJ Activities Fund - Class of 2014.

Big Band: Rehearsal is today. If you will not be at rehearsal,
please see Mrs. Esposito sometime today.

Senior Prom Committee: Meeting today after school.

- Please put recycle bins outside your classroom after period 8.
- Meeting at 2:00 in room 128.

Proscenium: Proudly presents the spring musical, The 25th Annual
Putnam County Spelling Bee, on Friday, April 12th at 7:30 p.m.;
Saturday, April 13th at 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, April 14th at 2:00
p.m. Tickets on sale on our website. Adults $12 and students $10.

Volleyball Tournament: Will be rescheduled. Date to be determined.
Listen for future announcements.

Boys JV Lacrosse: Practice today, 2:45-4:45.

DCC English 101/102: Any student who is interested in taking DCC
English 101/102 next year and has not taken the placement exam, please
see your guidance counselor by Friday.

p.m. Please contribute baked goods to sell at intermission. See
Signora Fusco to sign up.
- Mandatory meeting on Thursday to plan for induction.

Driver’s Education: Reminder to all driver ed students who have
Tuesday lecture class; the make-up lecture class is today, 2:00-3:30
p.m. in room 143A. Your in-car session make-ups will be set up by
your driving instructor and will not conflict with the make-up lecture
class.
