JODConverter 3.0-beta-2 released

Hi all,

The second beta release of JODConverter 3.0 is now (well since yesterday
actually :) available for download

The main changes since beta-1 are:

* OOo is now started with -nofirststartwizard by default. This avoids the
frequent problem of OOo refusing to work on a new machine because it's
expecting somebody to accept its license dialogue even in -headless mode.

* The ManagedProcessOfficeManager API has been revised to add more
configuration options. See the GettingStarted page on the wiki for a short
example.

* There is now a configurable ProcessManager to provide improved process
management on each platform. (Although this is likely to change again soon
to make a Windows implementation easier.)
