Unicode when using converter as web service

Hello

I'm using JODConverter as a web service to convert different formats
into .pdf. I got an example file (.pptx - encoding unknown) with
Japanese characters and they are missing in .pdf - they are replaced
by rectangles and question marks.

However, when I'm checking the same file on my local machine I get a
proper file. So it looks to me that it might be missing fonts issue
that are embedded into .pdf and on my linux machine they are missing
so .pdf is corrupted? Am I thinking right? If that's true, where
should I put fonts? And what fonts should it be?

But if it's not the font issue, what it might be?

I will appreciate any help on that.

Thanks
