That's already available in the current jobsworth release. You don't have to do this weekly, it is designed to make it easy to add time to the tasks as you go.

If you mean task attachments, that's already possible. Otherwise I don't understand.

If you intend any work to be brought into the main development stream then only patches against the dev branch of jobsworth will be useful.

At some point in the future I plan to offer a paid hosted version of jobsworth. But whether that is in 3 months or 3 years I cannot say at this stage.
