Re-running bundle exec lib/setup.rb with different values - issue?

Hi!
As Ari possibly knows, I've recently setup Jobsworth on a CentOS 6.2
server. When I set it up, I was quite happy with the standalone aspect
of the server - but now wish to integrate mail services with it.
If I re-run "bundle exec lib/setup.rb", and change the values, is
there anything else I need to remove beforehand/reconfigure
afterwards? Or should I simply remove the contents of the jobsworth
directory and MySQL database and start over (it's not live yet, so
there's no impact in doing so)?
Any hints gratefully received.

That script isn't designed to be run again on an existing server. Just modify your config files as per the instructions to get mail working.
