Slight is one word for it... :-)
Almost none of the original html remains.
> What perplexed me though was the fact that I couldn't find the GANTT Chart and that the Time-Tracking Feature seems to be missing. Are those features currently disabled because of the development or am I just too dumb to find them ? ;)
GANTT went away because:
* the code was a bit of a mess and hard to maintain
* we broke it 16 different ways when upgrading other parts of the system
* it was not important enough to me to fix
* we tried to work around it by implementing a calendar widget which has a resource type view
Yes, it is not as nice. But the old "gantt" chart really wasn't gantt anyway. It was just a resource view. You could not drag a task and have other tasks move as dependencies. And once tasks could be assigned to multiple people, the whole concept the old gantt was based on fell apart.
I've also ripped out chat and forums since I felt that a project management tool was not the best place for those things. Read the release notes through and that should give you a good idea.
> Also, can you tell me which Version of Clocking IT / Jobsworth is actually running on http://www.clockingit.com/ ?
No idea since Erlend (who runs that site) has dropped off the radar. I suspect it is still the version from 5 years ago when I forked the jobsworth project. Hopefully some of the bugs which allowed me to get access to all data across every domain have been fixed. I reported those several years ago but never heard back.
> Your work on Clocking IT is really great and that you put it out there as Open Source is even greater! So thanks for that!
Thank you. Any contribution from users is welcomed, not just with code but with detailed bug reports, suggestions for how the UI can be improved, etc. Please use the github tracker for specific bugs and the github wiki for feature proposals.
