Questions after Jobsworth install

Hi,

I have some questions on the software after the installation:

1.- I select Spanish language in the setup, but the software do not change. Always it is in English, with any language selection at setup menu
2.- The system chat or message windows does not appear. Its neccesary to activate anywhere??

¿Is this correct?

Translations have fallen way behind since no one appears interested in looking aftert them. Unfortunately I'm not skilled enough to write in anything other than English.

No idea what these two things mean. What do you expect will appear?
