Position: Field Organizer

Compensation: Commensurated by Experience

Location: Various Districts in Illinois

Start Date: Rolling

Responsibilities:

• Working to successfully execute the targeting, field, and GOTV
plans.
• Recruiting, managing, and motivating volunteers.
• Organizing and managing phone banks and canvassing.
• Working with the candidate and party leaders to organize the
community.
• Maintaining data and reaching campaign goals.
• Field Organizers will staff the candidate in their turf.


Qualifications:

• Political campaign experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit, manage, and train volunteers.
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work well under stress and outstanding
• Great sense of humor.
• Interest in learning how to manage and run campaigns.
