Senior Congressional Democrat is seeking applications for a Candidate
Services Director. The Candidate Services Director will be
responsible for furthering the relationship of Members and candidates
with the DC PAC community, prospecting donors nationally, and
coordinating the Member’s fundraising work on behalf of the Democratic
Congressional Campaign Committee.



Responsibilities:

· Manage and enhance existing Member and candidate fundraising
assistance operation

· Raise and exceed the Member’s financial obligation to the
DCCC, DCCC Red to Blue candidates, and DCCC Frontline Members

· Develop and manage Member and candidate assistance finance
plan

· Develop new national donor relationships for the Member and
the DCCC

· Develop and implement donor communications strategy
including solicitation mail and online outreach

· Staff Member on fundraising trips outside of Washington

· Staff call time with Member

· Coordinate Member’s political schedule for 2012 Democratic
National Convention



Skills and Background:

· Knowledge of the PAC community

· Experience building and managing fundraising events
including building events remotely

· At least two cycles fundraising for a Member or candidate
for House of Representatives

· Experience staffing candidate call time

· The right candidate will be personally well organized and
have exceptional attention to detail.
