The 2014 VA Coordinated Campaign will work towards reelecting Senator Mark Warner and Democrats down the ticket.  We are seeking qualified Field Organizers to join our team on July 1 and August 1.  All applicants must own a laptop and must have access to a vehicle.  All interested applicants should email their resume and 3 references to vafieldre...@gmail.com.

Field Organizer Job Description:

o   Meeting strict volunteer recruitment goals including but not limited to: recruitment phone calls, one on one meetings with volunteers and attending organization meetings;

o   Meeting strict long-term Neighborhood Team Development goals;

o   Collaborating with volunteer leadership to successfully plan canvasses, phone banks, voter registration events, house parties, forums and other campaign events as directed in assigned region;

o   Functioning as the point person for volunteers in assigned region;

o   Meeting strict weekly voter contact goals on doors and phones;

o   Meeting strict weekly voter registration goals;

o   Meeting daily reporting and data entry deadlines;

o   Participating in regular reporting conference calls;

o   Other duties as needed.
