Interns Needed for Virginia House of Delegates Race

A top tier Virginia House of Delegates campaign (Williamsburg Area) is
looking for interns to join the campaign. This is the perfect
opportunity to break into politics and work with our experienced staff
and team of top notch consultants and strategists. We are currently
accepting both college and high school interns. A state legislative
race is the perfect opportunity to take on a leadership role in a race
in a critical swing district.

Interns will have the opportunity to take leadership positions in
field, finance, and community outreach. Responsibilities include:

FIELD:
-Will help implement the field strategy
-Will conduct voter outreach on college campuses
-Will assist in recruiting volunteers
-Will manage volunteers
-Will staff candidate during canvasses

FINANCE:
-Will help manage call time
-Will help with fundraising calls to small donors
-Will help plan and execute fundraisers
-Will conduct donor research
-Will help manage our NGP database

OUTREACH:
-Will assist in managing the campaign's Facebook and Twitter account.
-Will shadow the candidate and take pictures and film video on the
trail
-Will help to implement the campaign's new media strategy.
