Description:   Description      Scope:  The office assistant is in place to ensure that the day to day maintenance for the office is done. Reception coverage daily for lunch hours. Set up for training rooms, and assistance for Customer Briefing Center (CBC) for room set up and administrative requests. It requires you to be on-site in the Chicago office daily. The focus is providing a great workplace for employees to come to everyday. This role is suited for someone who can act on their feet, multi-task with high energy and a positive personality.                Qualifications & Experience:          Experience in Facilities and Customer Services          Be courteous    Efficient and well organized    Self-motivated and able to use initiative             Competencies:     General maintenance and upkeep of the Chicago office space      Cube counts for our Chicago office      Support multiple people, floors and projects with       Provide assistance with CBC(Customer Briefing Center), room set up, ordering meals, printing collateral         Provide assistance to the Training Department- room set up      Coverage of the Front Desk when needed          Great interpersonal skills      Ability to multi-task           Ability to work Independently           Able to use Microsoft tools     Good communicator             Essential Functions:              Able to think and work outside of the box       Making coffee multiple times a day      Tidying and Cleaning of Conference rooms (white boards, chairs pushed in, etc)          Set up and take down of internal and external meetings          Covering front desk phones when covering reception      Organizing of office storage spaces     Light stocking of snacks/food           Patio furniture upkeep(moving and storing)      Supply inventory on a monthly basis     Manage and upkeep Marketing posters, internal postings and management of all general employee boards          Physical Effort:          May be required at times to lift and move objects, up to 25 lbs         Required to be walking the floors throughout the day    Minimal time sitting          Other:    Performs all other duties as assigned.          To look and act presentable and professional at work each day. Dress code is Business Casual.
