version 0.9 early code drop

as I promised long time ago, I'm working on complete rewrite of jni4net.
Tonight I finally uploaded the new code into the public repository.
Overall design is much better than before, but the code is still raw
and there are bugs and missing key functionality.
So at this time it's probably interesting just for die-hard fans and addicts :-)
Functionality covers 90% of 0.8.6 functionality and it will cover 100% soon.
The new features are
- jagged arrays
- automatic lazy proxy registration
- support for app.config -> jni4net-n.dll.config
- redesigned proxygen config
- generation of VisualStudio and IDEA project files
- and more ....

From now on, I will accept code contributions only with contributor
license agreement.
Ideas, feature requests, bug reports and questions are welcome without
any limitation as usual :-)
