Does jMatter allow localization of the GUI? I need the GUI to be in

internationalization is one area where i haven't done much work.
i know that Hale (on this mailing list) has done work in this
area with a separate framework. i know he's got some ideas on
the best way to go about integrating support for localization.
i'm open to design suggestions.
