I'm looking for someone to sublet my room until the lease expires in
August 2010 (but willing to consider those interested just in the
spring semester).
Apartment Stats:
- 2 bedroom, one lovely female roommate
- 1.5 baths
- Kosher kitchen (with dw/d)
- Huge, gorgeous patio (wonderful for when spring rolls around again)
- Central air
- Rent is $1000/month, including off street parking and utilities
(other than electric)
- On-site laundry
- Located 5 minutes from Central Square, at Harvard and Inman
The room will be unfurnished.
The subletter needs to be willing to keep a kosher kitchen. At the
moment the house is not shomer shabbat, but roommate is negotiable on
public areas. Females preferred.
The room is available early December or January 1.
