I know I make you all mad, but if I go back 10 years. I wish there was a
real flesh and blood guy like me out there. With my experiences, to tell me
'this is the way it is'...so stay sober and alert. Instead, I got some
yahoo in a job interview - slyly putting his middle finger in his eye - all
the while telling me what I got to do to get hired - when they aren't gonna
hire me anyway.
> Hello,
> When I was much younger, their was a couple whom mentored my mother in
> her youth whom I was introduced to and whom interacting with me and my
> family. When I was about six to ten years old the couple was in their
> eighties and nineties, and they had been very central to their church
> for decades and perhaps most of if not all of their lives. The wife
> of the couple even went so far as to make my mother’s wedding cake in
> 1976 (it was the last wedding cake that she ever made), and they had
> altogether been very loving and kind people (may they rest in peace).
> Unfortunately because they believed in their younger years that their
> home would be a stop on the way to Zion when people would gather from
> all kinds of regions to make their way to Zion during the end times
> they felt compelled to keep their ‘lanterns burning’ by purchasing
> food and supplies and then storing them inside of their walls, behind
> their books, and in other such places for decades. No one know of
> their secret plan except for they themselves while they had been
> alive. After the death of the couple, enormous amounts of canned food
> and other such food was found to have been stored in all kinds of
> secret places and as a result of the age of the food much of it leaked
> out onto the home itself and mice over decades had eaten away the home
> to such a great extent that the home was structurally unsound and
> could not be used for any purpose after the death of the couple (they
> both according to my memory had more and more problems seeing in their
> latter years and this caused for great confusion among them).
> Lets think about this carefully, "Do we have a lesson to learn from
> this mistake?" Lets say you are ‘keeping your lanterns burning’ in
> the dark in private and you are not ‘letting your left hand know what
> your right hand is doing.’ You store away that precious oil for your
> lanterns in order to not be like the unwise vaginas whom would never
> see the king, and in all your struggles the beady eyed servants of
> darkness torment you, try to disrupt your plans, steel your food, and
> always seem to have the upper hand. Why?
> The reason why those demons keep tormenting you and eat away your
> house is because you have the wrong kind of oil for your lanterns.
> You are saving yourself not an oil that you can burn in your lantern
> to see by, and in the darkness those many demons lark and torment you
> causing you to fight a battle that you will never win. You muster
> your strength against those shadowy figures that you can hear moving
> all around you, and you say in your heart, "I will do the lord’s work,
> and I will conquer and I will prevail."
> You start making that mighty tower that you will use to reach God, and
> perhaps you will even help others along the way. You fight the good
> fight battling for the ‘truth’ and justice and get everyone to join
> your cause joining hands is peace and communicating with a common
> language. You ask, "Why do my plans fail, Why do the mice keep eating
> my food, and why does the devil keep gaining the upper hand?"
> Perhaps your plans don’t fail, you are richly blessed, you give
> everything to God, and what little you do have after giving everything
> to God you live in poverty. Yet in the night you listen and you hear
> the sound of persistent chewing away at the foundations of your very
> home by those evil servants of darkness. Why?
> Is the true and living God in charge of just the saints or is he in
> charge of the devils as well? Scripture says that he is in charge of
> all things because God is God, and if it was not so, then those with
> demons would not have begged Jesus, "praying to Jesus" to have mercy
> on them. Thus if those servants of darkness keep chewing through the
> foundations of your faith or if they try hard to do so and you have to
> keep fighting against them, then perhaps your faith is the work of
> your own hands and not from God.
> When Jesus is born into our lives, the light enters the darkness and
> we take on the first day of our life. Everything around us is
> transformed by that light and people use it to see by, and that light
> pours into us from above so that we shine in the darkness and the
> darkness can never overtake us. We do not hear the sound of chewing
> in the night, and the light emanates from us and all that we have such
> that the more dominion we take on the larger the kingdom of Christ
> becomes.
> Through our joy and happiness of what God has done in our lives we
> offer ourselves as a living sacrifice before the lord, and we spring
> onto the cross with Christ to be crucified with him. When we are
> asked to walk a mile we talk ten, and when someone asks us for our
> coat we give him our shirt as well. Not only that but everything that
> we have belongs to God and he uses everything of ours for his will,
> and we become the burning bush that God brings his message to the
> earth with.
> In the end we are risen with him in heavenly places to have communion
> with the saints, to interact with the kingdom of God, and to know his
> desires, thoughts, and plans. We command demons because it is him who
> commands demons through us. We heal the sick because it is him who
> heals the sick through us. We stretch out our hand with the staff and
> God overshadows us, and even the seas part because it is God whom
> parts the seas.
> Faith comes from God and from God alone. Until you are clothed with
> ‘power from on high’ you have only an Armor of God made by man that we
> have to dress ourselves with and carefully maintain and care for, and
> in the mean time those servants of darkness eat away at the very
> foundation of our shelter while we sleep chewing their way into our
> lives. When the Holy Ghost pours over us, we become sons and
> daughters for a slave can never share in the inheritance, and when
> this happens we not only get the gifts of the talents from the master
> going away at the cross but we invest them wisely as his spirit guides
> us into making all the earth accountable to his bank.
> From this bank comes not the money that parishes, but from this bank
> flows the love of God. Love that people gain and invest causing the
> wealth of the kingdom to multiply. Love so incredible that instead of
> moving out from Eden to gain more prosperity and possessions instead
> we move closer to Eden as our visions becomes sharper as we move up
> those four great rivers (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) to approach
> the throne of God.
> How so many have gone desperately wrong having come into the world
> with nothing and having left the world with nothing. Yet when we come
> into the world with nothing and when we leave the world with nothing
> then it is those times that God and only God sustains us and not the
> work of our own hands nor any of our choices could we put our trust
> in. For every day that dawns should not the Christian say in his hart
> that the light has come into the world, and I am born with Christ this
> very day? The work of God goes forth, the lord has done all of his
> work through you, and your only recourse is to be crucified with him
> and surrender your spirit back to God laying deep into sleep. The new
> day arises and you wake from the tomb and are risen with the Lord for
> the new day has dawned and you find that because of the previous day
> the kingdom of God is with man yet the more, and that this will
> continue until The Day dawns brining everything into the light when
> their is no more darkness.
> Thank you,
