Jenkins in windows

I am a new user trying to get Jenkins working in a Windows 7 OS.  There seems to be no support nor any help available for such a task.  Does anyone know a) where to get answers to questions or b) a CI like Jenkins that has a API that runs in Windows?

What are you having trouble with?

 

The windows installer can be downloaded here: http://jenkins-ci.org/

 

Click on Windows under the natvie package section.  It will run as a service.
