New version of plugin not showing up

Hi,

I released the External Resource Dispatcher plugin a week ago or so, and it is still not showing up in the Jenkins plugins update center even though the maven release process worked fine.

I can see that the binary (1.0b2) is available here:

http://updates.jenkins-ci.org/download/plugins/externalresource-dispatcher/

but the permalink still points to 1.0b. 

Could this be due to some updater script not working? 

Or perhaps just the namning of the version not clearly being a later version than 1.0b? If so, is there a way of manually telling it that 1.0b2 is the latest version?

I didn't look into the version algorithm but I think it would be simpler if you just choose a conventional numbering schema and release again with something like 1.1.0 , etc.
