Wiki not sending mails -- Can admin restart it?

May one of the wiki admins restart the wiki (or sthg like that) so
that it sends mails again? I'm waiting for my new password :-)

We are in the process of moving the Wiki to more powerful machines and
working with Atlassian to get updated version. We expect that to happen
in February.
