Should it be available? I do get the notice in Jenkins about a new
version being available, but attempting to install it fails:

Hmm. Interesting side effect: Our Jenkins is still displaying:
Upgrade to Jenkins 1.409.2 is in progress or failed.
So how do I get rid of that message? I.e. I'm missing a "try again"
option there.
Yes, I know I could simply download the tarball manually. Just strikes
me as odd that the GUI seems to have a dead end here. I'd consider
this a bug.
