I'm happy to announce the release of Jease 2.8. This release brings an
improved user management, lots of updates to 3rd-party libraries and
some important bug fixes. Thanks to all contributors for providing
ideas, support and patches.
I'm planning to release Jease 2.9 in a few months before starting to
work on Jease 3.0. Jease 2.9 will then be switched into "maintenance
mode" (only applying more or less critical bug fixes), while the
support for Jease 1.9 will be dropped completely. The overall goal for
2.9 is to build a rock solid release on top of Jease 2.8, so you
shouldn't expect any new features. But please let me know about any
problems you encounter with 2.8, so I can fix them for 2.9.

Have fun with Jease,
Maik
