[JDarkRoom] Feature Idea: Optional typewriter sound when typing

Hi,

Let me first just say that I love JDarkRoom for my mac -so good! But
for my PC I use WriteMonkey and the only reason why is because it has
the option to make a typewriter sound when typing (the really old
clunky kind). I think this would be an excellent feature to have for
JDarkRoom as it can actually be quite relaxing (depending on the
person) and reminds one's self of those movie scenes where somebody is
furiously typing away at a novel (hence the positive reinforcement).

So to summarize - an option to have typewriter sounds when typing (and
you only need 4 kinds too: 1- general key press, 2- enter, 3-
backspace and 4-space bar.)

Hi,

Great idea for a feature - let's throw this one open to the community
- could anyone supply some small .WAV sound clip files which contain
the sounds of individual typewriter keys being pressed, plus the sound
of the space bar + carriage return?

Those sound alright, although I miss the little 'ding' sound when
the carriage is returned. One would expect that when a line is
wrapped.
Great idea, but I would like to be able to mute it if I feel like it.

Sound is ok - if one can switch it off... ;)
Writing is about words and not enjoying ancient typewriter sounds.
I personally see it as distraction.
