An idea for a solution of homophone problem

I talked to Mr. Good about this problem this morning. We agreed with
Hiroshi-san about adding “years of foundation and the locations of
headquarters for disambiguation”.

When searching “Michael Smith” in English speaking countries, many
pages are found like
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Smith
they are clarified through their birthdates and careers. Therefore, we
think that adding a date of foundation of the company and its
location is a better solution to the problem.
