Looks like we're shaping up to have a good group for a pre-work ride. Let's plan to pace between 17-19 mph for the duration (some of us will be putting in 60+ before 9am).

So far I've got:
Me
Eddie
Allen
Mack (if bike is done)
Lovely
John
Mike

Am I missing anyone?

...and that's ~17 on the flat, not pacing uphill.

Weather report is looking good...
  • Thursday Patchy fog before 9am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 87. North wind 6 to 8 mph.

Depending on what it looks like early on,  you may want to have something waterproof.

I just finished my ride and my derailleur broke when I got to the GWB entrance on Jersey side.

It crack right by the skewer. I came to a stop right after the hill that goes into the park (1 block from the entrance of the GWB) and I thought my chair came off and it was the derailleur in the back.

I don't know man. It's going to be tough to get someone to put the derail on tonight. I can buy one but installing it is going to be tough.

John has an extra one I can use. The bike is only 5 month old. This shouldn't be happening.

I'll do it on a mountain bike of I have to.

Ouch.  The wife surprised me with dinner reservations tonight.  I could leave the derailleur in my mailbox for you but that doesn't help getting it installed...

I do. It's not clip in though. It has toe cages. You can swap the pedals. Might be tricky getting three bikes into the car.
