Working with LMOs

Hey JB world,

I have a favour to ask. Myself and a few others are currently putting together our info pack for our Stop Talking Start Walking Workshop. http://www.ijb.cisv.org/mwiki/index.php/Stop_Talking_Start_Walking.

One of the components of this info pack is a section on working with a LMO. However no one in our team currently has the time or the knowledge to write this section. So i was wondering if someone could please answer these questions for us:

Why should we work with LMOs? What are the benefits?

What is the best way to get in contact with LMOs? (Also if you have a sample letter you can send to a LMO that would be great)
