Hello wonderful people of IJB!

We hope everyone is doing magnificent! We sure are. And why? Well, because the European Junior Branch Meeeting is coming closer and closer, and clearly we are very excited about that!

At the EJBM 2010, we are going to elect two new members of the EJB Team that are going to work on the team for the next two years, since Louise and Camilla are finishing their terms, after two years of 100% EJB-love!

So in order for Zé and Paul to still have people to work with as a part of the EJB Team after EJBM where Louise and Camilla finish, YOU are going to elect two new people at EJBM.This means that we need people that are interested in running for the position. In order to be nominated a person needs two nominations from two different countries (meaning you can only nominate the same person once).

And why are we writting this now? Well, because according to our lovely Terms of Reference the nomination period starts 8 weeks before EJBM (so: March 31 minus 8 weeks), which this year means that the nomination period starts on February 3rd, meaning: TOMORROW!

If you want to nominate someone for the position of EJB Team before EJBM begins, all you (only NJRs) have to do is write an e-mail to ejb...@ijb.cisv.org with the name and country of the person/persons you wish to nominate (from February 3rd and until EJBM begins).

Just to remind you, it is still possible to nominate at EJBM. In total every country has two nominees, so the options you have for nominating are the following:
• Nominate two people before EJBM by e-mail (ejb...@ijb.cisv.org)
• Nominate one person before EJBM and one person at EJBM
• Nominate two persons at EJBM

(Of course in case you only want to nominate one person that is also an option, and you can do it either before or at EJBM, it's up to you)

We want to also remind you, that only NJRs can nominate, but if you have suggestions for people you would like to see on the EJB Team, then we suggest you get in touch with your NJRs and talk to them about it, they will for sure be open for suggestions!

If you have any questions about how this is going to work or anything else, then write us (ejb...@ijb.cisv.org).

A lot of bright February-love.
// EJB Team - Paul, Zé, Louise & Camilla
